WordPress Security step one….before installing… Edit your config.php., paying particular attention to your table prefixes and the section on security keys.

But do check out the rest of Dragos’s suggestions, especially backing up. And check out the plugins mentioned! Nothing like getting your site hacked and not having a backup because your WordPress security is lacking.

I would have to say “use with caution”. Google is only improving their ability to track duplicate content. In the future, it is almost a guarantee that they will compare details of entire articles if it catches multiple duplicate sentences.

I would say, to not hamper your SEO and marketing, that you only post this content to a place where you have the ability to delete it. Take advantage of it now, kill it when it is a detriment.

Thanks! Very timely.

I recently became very irritated with couple of themes I bought due to the lack of documentation / tutorials. That does not appear to be the problem here. I may well have to switch after getting my content ready.
