It sounds as if it is legitimate if people have been paid but do remember to thoroughly read the Terms of Service etc. I know that many people have their Google Adsense accounts stopped simply because they didn’t read the small print first.
All of these schemes are good if someone with little experience can make some money online. It is a fine place to start.
