Today I was fighting with my girlfriend about Google and Bing combat, I don’t know about you but I think Google It will get a kick in their but from Bing.
Ok now let’s see why I am telling this:
- My girlfriend is telling me that Bing succeeded to do in couple of mounts what Google is doing for their own existents.
- Google started to had some problems with their search algorithms ( they offer some awful result from some time).
- I have more trust in Microsoft because they are older in the IT industry even if they have some problems with their services.
- The people that Google are trying to hire are not prepare enough( this is from my personal experience news).
- Google started to do some modifications that is not of the like of others.
- Being an American Brand, Bing is more popular in America then Google.
- In my opinion, another fact that will be decisive in the future evolvement of the tow search engine dispute is the hiring strategy they adopt: while Bing keeps the technology and professionalism on first place, Google seems to go with a lease fortunate choice.
The battle batwing Bing and Google it is not necessarily a negative phenomena. This can be transformed in more competitive services offered by an market that is driven by Google.
I like Google because more persons use this. Bing.. is ugly and and difficult to use.
In this too…Google is best. Not only because of The reliable and fast searh engine. But google’s Mail system is also fine than any other.
Google and Bing are doing good things and bad things. Bing is integrating social media results better than Google is, but when it comes to media found via social media Bing isn’t giving credit to the source, but instead the trackback link is to the result in Bing. Google, while more popular is starting to make some enemies and only time will tell what the result of these relationships will be. Getting booted from Apple as the default search and now with not supporting Microsoft, is gonna make things interesting for the future of Google. Only time will tell.

Google is the best Search engine compared to other search engine including bing. Google provides fastest result and it’s a user friendly search engine. Gmail is one of the best service provided by Google.

Bing hates the little guy, that’s the main problem I have with it. It may be trying to cut out the internet marketer middle man but it punishes smaller sites too… Way worse than Google does.

I think Bing has a long way to go before it is a serious rival to big G. Latest version of Bing does not appeal to me.

Aren’t they both going for different searchers? Bing and Google customers search in a different way. It is unlikely that the Google customer will move to Bing as it doesn’t answer their search queries in the same way.
Whether or not Google or Bing will come out on top is anyone’s guess. But I must say, the 4 big search engines, Ask and Yahoo being included all have some things I like, and some things I can’t stand. New websites seem to come up on Bing and Yahoo faster which I personally enjoy.

I think the battle between Google and Bing is already in the history. I think that Bing will never overthrow Google just have much better algorithm and Bing starts performing similar to Yahoo and by my opinion the domain name is a huge factor. However if you create a nice and fast nice blog probably you can get high placements on both.
This was very nice post, I think google will win Asian countries, bing will get more power in US side.
I don’t believe that Bing has the chance of beating Google anytime soon. It is just not going to happen, no matter how big Google’s issues are. When people get used to doing or using something, they hardly change their habits and that is why Google will stay on the top.

I don’t like that Google is trying to be like Bing. I have a little link on the bottom left of Google that let’s me change the background like Bing. I like the uncluttered look of Google. That aside, Bing will need to come up with far better search results to beat Google. It’s like in boxing. If you simply tie the champion, you don’t win the championship, you have to be him soundly before the title is yours.

Google has made a lot of enemies lately. Some of these enenies have just as much in the way of legal resources as Google. There could be some very important legal issues to come in the near future.
Bing is the default web search engine for Facebook, so Facebook makes sense as the number two referrer, at 4.6% of traffic
Google is the best!!!! Even if microsoft throw over 10 millions for Bing, Google will stll be the best! Are there actually people that use Bing? ;o)

I voted for Bing 3 out of the 4 searches. They had the most relevant results higher up for each of my searches… interesting!

Have to disagree on this one, in my opinion Google is a more respected American brand than Microsoft.
Google also returns consistantly better results, and while Microsoft may be replicating what Google do in terms of maps, online document processing and so forth, it is Google who is doing the innovation, and getting there first!
I think the statistics speak for themselves, a pretty standard pattern on all my websites is
Google – 87% – 96%
Yahoo – 6% – 8%
Ask – 3% – 5%
Bing – 1% – 2%
Iam not alone in thinking that the Bing v Google battle is ere media hype, and despite Microsfts best efforts, they simply cannot keep up with the search engine giant!

i love to use google search engine but bing results get displayed very quickly..
I use both of them, mostly google. For me google is best for now, regarding future I think for couple of years it is not possible to completely kick off google.

You are saying that Bing is more popular in America but do you know that Bing is blocked in China.China has nearly 270 millions Internet user much more than America and they are using only Google to find their query.Google search engine is simply best than others.

I don’t know about who’s winning between Google and Bing in terms of search. But one thing I’m sure of, Microsoft always does it ALL RIGHT in several attempts. I think it’s just a matter of time before they surpass Google. Definitely!
Its good news but i don’t think Bing will compete Google, Google Cover more than three fourth of market share in search engine but its time to Google to improve in each area.
